it was the first time i have used Aircoach, and it was quite good, although there was a bit of confusion in Dublin between staff as to pick up point. Zone 4 then zone 2, which meant more walking with luggage........as a disabled passenger, i did not get help from the staff, but from another passenger. The seat i chose, due to leg room, was in the centre by the emergency exit, which proved draughty.. The toilet, whilst convenient was not that fresh.....but the coach journey was pleasant enough. The drop off point, by Moodys Cafe in Cork, is no way suitable for coaches, as there was nowhere for my collector to park for me, and no taxi in sight.... however, for the money, and convenience, it was good and i would use the service again.
