The bus wasn't clean when we boarded as there were used cleansing wipes lying on our seats
No toilet facilities on board the bus
On our return journey the driver was late and our bus broke down. When we arrived back in Belfast the bus driver was shouting at us to hurry up and get off the bus. He had also dumped our bags out on the wet footpath before we disembarked - anyone could've walked off with them.
I would not recommend Aircoach and will not be in a hurry to use it again.
