Customer Service was good, but new ticket QR code (issued by AirCoach afte requesting swap/refund for original ticket due to timing of departure) did not work at Bus and driver informed me that my name was not on the list. But driver resolved despite QR code not returning my name. Probably wouldn't have made my flight out of Dublin otherwise.
