Aircoach allowed me change my return time, as Ryanair had pushed back our departure to Dublin.
Change was limited to another specific bus time being guaranteed - with an option of boarding other times that evening, at the discretion of the driver. It didn't sound 100% reassuring - but actually worked out fine.
