Could have been better communication while waiting for the bus. No clear signage, just someone shouting. Why were tickets checked twice? The first check just moved people away from shelter to the open while it was -1. The driver checked tickets again before boarding.
The staff seemed like a group of dodgy blokes. No professional standards at all.
