The driver on one of my journeys didn't want to open the luggage hold so we had to use extra seats to fit our belongings. Later in the trip that annoyed another passenger... Several passengers were coughing and wearing no mask or making no effort to cover their mouths... On another journey the driver's English was hard to understand. It would be worth his time practising the names of the stops - and saying them more than once upon arrival. We didn't stop at each stop but still arrived a bit late in Blackrock. The worst thing is the two hour gap between coaches on two of the lines. Great if that could be shortened...
