On outbound there was a bus change required due to faulty windscreen whipers. A delay of 60min for a trip to Airport. Unpleasant.
On inbound trip: Despite the early queueing at the designated and 3 times by employees confirmed bay, the bus then left at another bay and no staff informed the waiting passengers. Travelling with luggage, standing in strong wind and rain, just to then run (as departure time was already passed by 10min) to be squeezed in a random spot is not what I call good customer service.
