Service is usually really reliable and convenient for travelling. Buses are punctual and comfortable. There has been numerous times were we have however seen people been refused tickets as they haven't booked online even though there are available seats throughout the journey perhaps something to consider for future journeys and those who are unable to pre-book due to accessibility or perhaps travel arrangements.
