As a very frequent user (at least every 2 weeks ) of the previous service , I am disappointed in the new service , less flexibility , time table isn’t reflective with flight times , creating long waits . No longer a service to Belfast city airport which is also very disappointing . On 4 occasions already I’ ve made alternative arrangements.
The service I did receive was very good the coach is standard clean and basic . Driver was pleasant . Arrived on time .
