Frequency of coach us fine. Staff not particularly friendly and some have poor English skills such us bad for communication with passengers and creates a poor impression. Seems there is often no staff presence at Dublin terminal -- which is also bad for communication with passengers who are unfamiliar with Dublin and other destinations.
