I had read a few bad reviews online about Aircoach following the change from the Airporter but I was pleasantly surprised by the good service I received. The coach arrived on time, the driver was very friendly and helpful, the journey was comfortable and we arrived early at our destination. It is a shame that the timetable doesn't run as often as before, but hopefully this will be resolved if the number of people using it increases. It would have been helpful for the driver to call out where we were when he stopped at Drumahoe. It was dark and I hadn't used this stop before so I wasn't sure if we had arrived.
