Does what it says on the tin! Gets you from A to B without hassle. Belfast route more crowded now because it comes from and goes on to Derry/Londonderry, but still room on the coach. Wifi could be better although it doesn't matter to me as I use my own 4G.
My one (new) gripe is I don't like you now charging extra to confirm seat on next coach. Planes can be delayed so think the same fare should apply if your customers miss their paid-for bus and have to get the next one. It is an airport service after all.
