Got on in Derry going to Dublin. had to change onto a packed bus in Belfast. Return journey got on at Dublin airport and only few minutes later the bus driver told us the bus was broken (it clearly wasn’t) we had to change to the bus in front. I then asked if the bus I going to Derry with no more change overs and he said yes. Upon arriving in Belfast we were told to change buses again for Derry which was an absolute joke. By the time we got off the bus to change the other bus had already left, he was contacted and it took about 20 minutes for him to come back at get us. This service is an absolute shambles. Taking heavy luggage in and out of different buses is a nightmare. I was also travelling with my adult autistic son who was very distressed with all the moving. This could be a great service for Derry but needs sorting out big time!!!
