Punctuality is very good and fare is good value.
When coach is full it is not very comfortable. I join generally in Dublin City Centre and passengers who boarded at the airport invariably have their bags on the seats and can be quite hostile when asked to move them so I can get a seat. It would be great if you could allocate seats like Irish Rail. At least then there would be no confusion.
