It is good because when I was traveling, the drivers were really nice. It was alright, but at the same time, I have the feeling it is a bit too tight. A little bit more space between the seats (front and back) would sometimes not be too bad. The other thing which would be nice is, that if you are booking online, you could also book a seat. On some buses, in the UK I was able to do so and booked two because I did not want to end up next to a guy I do not know. I have had not too-nice experiences with some guys in the past (not on the bus, but still I feel uncomfortable next to men I do not know, because of this bad experience). This would be really nice and yes, I would pay a bit more, if it would be possible. Further than that you do an awesome job. At least I had always had good experiences with it.
