This used to be a fantastic service. Now it’s two hourly so not particularly convenient.
Also takes FOREVER as goes through town and is frequently late. This makes it unreliable and therefore unsuitable to get to the airport on time.
My suggestions:
1. Revert to a one hour service, as previously
2. Use East Link and avoid town
3. Increase prices if necessary but get back your reliability
