Since the change over, the customer service was not only incorrect, it was also unhelpful.
But why would they care, they have no competition and they already have my money.
The 1st driver was only doing their job and nothing more, so no complaints there, they ticked the level of standards.
but the return driver took it to the next level.
I have nothing to add, I would have given 2/5 if the information given to me by customer service was faster or even correct. Not both that would be asking maybe too much
