I was booked on the 3.30am from Clayton Sandyford. The aircoach left 5 minutes early.
Also the bus was full. The driver was direct and very unfriendly, saying only Online Bookings only at every stop. He was unfriendly, serious and totally unapproachable.
You need to train your drivers to smile, be friendly, be helpful, it costs nothing and can have a very positive effect on the customers who are paying their wages and keeping the aircoach running.
