Service good, no problems there.
The issue I have is flexibility around changing tickets to earlier/later service. It is too cumbersome at present. Should be easy to hop on another service same day, rather than trying to log in online and initiating change.
Especially useful when returning from Dublin airport - flight arrival times being delayed for reasons outside one's control.
