Thank you for assessing my satisfaction. I hope you are genuinely interested in getting my comments. Although my journey back to Dublin was safe, we were many passengers to complain about the level of heating. We had the feeling to be in a sauna!! One passenger asked the driver to switch off the system...but we didn't seem to feel any difference. My colleague suffered of headache during the journey. Also dealing with people, we'd have expected that the driver introduced himself at the beginning of the journey and would have given a minimum of info on the security on board & journey. You deal with human. Therefore, act as a decent human who cares about his/her counterpart. You are not in goods delivery, ain't you!!
