Trip was good. The journey was quiet and we arrived on time. The driver was in the main helpful to passengers. However, I got off the bus in the city centre rather than the airport and my small case
had been pushed to the back by other big cases. The driver stood there while I had to climb underneath and into the back of the bus to retrieve it. This marred an otherwise good experience.
