The service worked really well, punctual and affordable. However, at the first stop at the Clayton Hotel in Leopardstown, the driver did not open the door until the very last minute when passengers are asked to arrive 10 minutes beforehand, thereby leaving people hanging around in the cold and wet and clogging up the front entrance of the hotel.
