Overall I am really happy with the services provided.
I do see the bus drivers constantly fighting with the QRCode readers which seems inefficient.
Also you could improve the onboarding TV system at the front of the bus to tell users what's the next stop. I saw multiple times foreigners skipping their right stop because they just don't know and even when the bus driver announces it, it's not heard on the back of the bus. An electronic announcing system could help.
