Positives: The journey was comfortable and swift. Despite bad weather, the driving was competent and we felt safe. The service ran as timetabled. Wifi on board was variable. Main complaint: we had understood that the service was direct, from Dublin City to Belfast International Airport. In fact, we had to change coaches twice. In each case the new vehicle was waiting for us so there was no delay; however, the second change (Belfast City) was not announced, leaving a few passengers (us included) to make a swift move when we realised what was required (in the course of which I left behind my glasses). The coaches used in the first and third legs of the service were spacious; the other (in which we made the longest journey) was more cramped). Overall, it was a convenient service and we would be glad to use it again if the circumstances arose.
