Service was very efficient and timely. price was good at 25 euro return. However, I made a mistake with the return time by 1 hour and was forced to pay 18 euro for a replacement single. That is a very long way from proportionate and left a very sour taste in my mouth. I appreciate that it was my fault and there is also a flexi fare option but I would think that an admin fee of half the price for leg of the trip being changed (i.e. a quarter of a return fare for changing 1 leg or half for both, or half of a single fare) would be a more than sufficient levy.
