My journey I took with air coach was perfect, spotless bus and comfortable seats. My only criticism is that I was left standing on O’Connell street for 20mins while the bus was parked further down. My ticket advised me to be there that early, it’s not a pleasant street to be standing on. I was concerned for my safety to be honest. Maybe for the very early starts the bus could be brought up and passengers could get on.
