Timing was great from Cork to Dublin Airport. Smooth ride, convenient however we had to load our luggage ourselves and there was no order bags were everywhere. I had a sore back and this was a problem for me, when we got to the airport I had to climb into the underneath carriage to retrieve my bag. I think it would be so much better if you included helping and organising bags. This actually has kind of turned me off using the service again if I am traveling on my own.
