On line ticket booking was handy but confusing. I wanted to allow flexibility regarding the timing of the bus I would take in case I was late but the flexibility option meant downloading the app which I didn't want to do. So then I had to phone the helpline where I discovered that the ticket itself was flexible for 24hrs. Helpline customer service was very helpful. Bus journey was excellent and on time on arrival at the pick up point and at the destination. Lovely bus driver. The ticket machine was broken and he could not issue receipts. He was so charming and polite having to give the same information to passengers over and over again. He was old school and very professional.
