We traveled on Aircoach twice in May. Both times the coach came on time and got us to our destination comfortably.
My only note is that the drivers could have been more helpful removing our luggage from below. The bags had been pushed to the back, and he watched as I, an older person, had to climb way into the hold to retrieve our suitcases.
