Having been used to the Friendly service I received over many years from Airporter it was obvious to me that when I joined your service for the first time from BFS to Derry, the Driver I would describe as cold and a bit indifferent to the needs of his Customers. However, on the return journey from Derry to BFS the driver was what I expected. Your Customers come first. If the outgoing driver is unhappy with his job then leave and find employment more suited to your attitude and personality. The new service is in my opinion just another bus journey without the Friendliness of Airporter.
