A full five stars for the coach itself & the very comfortable flawless journey from Dublin to Belfast.
A star is lost however due to the chaotic boarding when the coach arrived which meant that family groups at the front of the queue were actually boarded last which meant they were unable to sit together. We were in the middle so boarding the wrong way round didn't affect us but others were justifiably upset.
