Good service, quick and efficient. Internet was a bit dodgy!
I had a flexi ticket and it says you have to rebook an hour before your booked trip, how can you when you don't know if you will make it or not ?
You could be in a plane or at baggage carousel and with minutes to get it as I was. Makes no sense to the customer!
