Issues trying to book should have been the warning. Turned up for booked service 15mins before departure time. Other service pulled up said delays on the route. It on the way. Got email almost an hour after due departure time to say issues and service is now at 0930 and not 0800. They knew at least around 0725 when it was due to depart 1st stop. Poor communication and follow up.
