The coach arrived 15 minutes late at Dublin airport...not acceptable given that morning traffic was light.
Other areas for improvement:
Driver should announce the airport terminal on arrival - tourists assumed that teminal 1 was first, not terminal 2.
Driver should help remove luggage - passengers had to go inside the luggage hold to remove their bags.
Perhaps our driver was new, however, he seemed very inexperienced.
