Only negative remark is that passengers have to load their own luggage. This is a problem when the bus leaves passengers to two terminals at Dublin. It means that baggage for terminal one can be buried under baggage for terminal two. It would help a little if the baggage compartment was divided for the respective terminals.
Otherwise it was a punctual, pleasant and efficient service and journey and we will definitely use it again and recommend it to others.
