Booked a 2pm aircoach from Dublin City centre which didn't arrive til 2.23 pm I has ro ring head office to see if it was in operation. They weren't specific as to when it would arrive. An aircoach customer support person at the stop didn't go n tell passengers about delay. However the journey was smooth lovely new bus but arrived in cork 23 mins behind schedule
