The bus was comfortable and clean. Both of which are very important to me. Everything was perfectly on time and It felt the drivers were competent. The driver on the trip from Dublin to Cork was initially abrupt, which took me off guard. But then, when I asked for directions from the drop off in Cork to the local bus station, he was very nice and helped me. The driver on the way from Cork to Dublin was very nice and let us know that we needed to tell him if we were too hot or too cold because he wouldn’t know what it was like for us in the back. Unfortunately, there were two people in the back who were playing their music so that everybody had to listen to it and it was filled with racial slurs and degradation of women. They were also singing loudly and rocking their seats aggressively. That was a bit difficult to endure.
