The drive from the airport was spot on, the drive back was terrible, the driver was rude and his driving was unpleasant, unprofessional and unplanned. As a professional driving coach i nearly got up to give him some coaching on good eco driving.
Constant heavy acceleration and braking, not looking ahead enough or anticipating traffic.
Had he been one of my clients it would have been a fail and sent for retraining.
