Well it’s definitely not Airporter!
No help with bags, even for elderly passengers. No welcome on board or safety talk.
Seats were extremely uncomfortable. Had to basically fight with seat to get it back to the upright position.
I didn’t know that the stop had changed from in front of BFS to the side. A lady who wasn’t aware of this either was waiting at the old Airporter stop but waved for the bus as it passed. Driver ignored her and drove on. For both journeys the drivers were rude and unhelpful.
Would definitely never use again.
