The driver was very helpful (first made sure nobody was waiting at the wrong bus stop at Belfast International, i.e. where Airporter had been) and was very polite while trying to explain to a difficult passenger whose phone had died that she had to wait until all other passengers had boarded before he would allow her on. On the negative side, the quality of the buses was not so great, on both legs the seats were not very comfortable, on one bus I had to move seats a few times to find one that didn't wobble, and the cleanliness wasn't great. Also, the bus's engine seemed to be having trouble at times, making disconcerting noises. Overall though, the price was much better than it had been with Airporter
