Coach was delayed by 15mins but there was no update on new expected arrival time. Myself & other passengers were left wondering if the coach had been cancelled, had broken down or if it was still in its way. It was a very frustrating and worrying time, wondering if we needed to find alternative transport. Aircoach needs to find a way to get passengers uptodate with current arrival time, it is not good enough to simply publish the expected arrival time of a coach.
