Aircoach was scheduled to pick us up at 3:07pm from our stop. Bus arrived 45 mins late with no explanation, causing us to be extremely rushed at the airport to make our flight.
Restroom was locked on the bus, my wife needed to use it urgently and had to wait until we got to the airport.
