We were informed at the beginning of the trip that the toilet wasn't working but were not given an opportunity to use a nearby toilet before commencing the journey. We were told in no uncertain times by the bus-driver that he would not stop for a toilet break. I understand the safety issues on the motorway, but a stop before the motorway could have been considered?
My 87 year old mother found the journey very uncomfortable.
