The pickup location in Belfast, Ireland, was very convenient to where I was staying. Their app wasn't working when I made my reservations (May 2023), and they told me to use the website, which worked fine. The pickup location is a bus stop across the street from the bus/rail station, which was clarified by that station and my hotel. You load and unload your bags from the bus cargo area. It left on time and arrived early at the Dublin Airport, which was my destination.
