Bus departed on time and arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Only criticism was the coaches were advertised as having air conditioning, charging points and free wi-fi.
1. Either there was no air-conditioning on board, it wasn't switched on or it was broken. The overhead air vent nozzles didn't work.
2. There were no usb charging points on the coach.
3. Either the wi-fi wasn't working or there was none.
