Timely departures and arrival. Reasonably priced. Mechanically sound vehicle and very courteous professional drivers. lots of room for luggage under coach. This is a direct service which is appreciated after a long haul flight. Can't always get the wifi to work and on the outbound sector the charging ports did not appear to be working. Outbound coach was an old one - seats looking worn and scuffed but still comfortable. Temperature was too cold on the return sector.
