Problem I see is there is no order during the loading your baggage process. The drivers are absolutely no help and they're not going to assist you one bit. I had to assist a lady load her bag because it was too heavy for her. If you're one of the first people to load bags your bag will end up pushed to the very far back and you will literally have to crawl inside the bus storage compartment to get your bag. This is fine if you're under the age of 40 but if you're 65 years old and you have to crawl into a bus storage compartment with bad knees it's not easy. You need somebody on board the bus to assist with luggage. Make the extremely unfriendly drivers do it they are no help at all.
