my pickup was at ballsbridge 590. the stop was poorly labelled, and I had some difficulty in finding it. Luckily people on the street knew which Dublin bus stop was also an Aircoach stop. Everything else was fine except I did not download the entire ticket for the driver when I had access to Wifi. He was fine with the booking reference sequence which I did have. I found the app difficult to use as well. I had to start over many times to finally get it right.
