The driver of the bus who picked me up from Dublin left me to put my suitcase onto the bus because he was too busy vaping despite me being an elderly passenger with walking aids. When we got to Belfast, he again jumped off the bus to vape without helping to get the luggage off of the bus. Luckily the driver from Belfast to Dublin a week later was much more helpful and a lot friendlier.
