Is Aircoach reliable?

I was a little disappointed when I found out when I was getting on the bus to Belfast that I was told by the driver that I had to wait for the 12.45 bus as per my ticket even though I had paid 5 Euros for a flex pass. He did not say that the bus was full. What is the point of a flex pass if you can’t use it?
